Independent beta application

HeyDrive is an independent third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla and related trademarks are property of Tesla, Inc.

By using HeyDrive, you agree to these Terms of Use. The service is in beta: features may change, be removed or be temporarily unavailable.

Authorized use and vehicle actions

You must have permission to access and control any vehicle you connect. Only grant access you are authorized to provide.

The current beta supports saved vehicle information, identity sync and explicit live refresh, which may wake your vehicle. Remote vehicle commands are not yet available. If enabled in a future version, features may send real commands such as lock/unlock, climate control, charging, trunk/frunk opening, flashing lights or sounding the horn. Planned examples on the landing page are not active controls.

You are responsible for the actions and commands you initiate and for checking that they are safe and authorized in the circumstances. Vehicle data may be delayed or reflect a last-known snapshot. Do not assume that an action succeeded without checking the vehicle.

Safety and availability

Do not use HeyDrive for safety-critical or emergency purposes. Always retain access to the official Tesla app and the vehicle’s normal controls.

HeyDrive depends on Tesla Fleet API, internet connectivity and infrastructure providers. Live data and commands, where enabled, may be delayed, fail or be unavailable. Third-party services include Tesla, Cloudflare and Geoapify; their relevant terms and policies also apply to their services.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, attack or probe infrastructure without authorization, or abuse Tesla Fleet API. Do not use HeyDrive to interfere with another person’s vehicle, account or privacy.

Service and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HeyDrive is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CoolApps s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and stopping use

We may change features and revise these terms as the service develops. Revisions will be published here with an updated date. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using HeyDrive. You can revoke authorization through your Tesla account controls.
